Quicktime is the recommended format for this site. Quicktime is a free player for both PC and Macintosh. This site requires Quicktime 7 or above to be installed.

Windows Media Player is installed as standard on most Windows systems. The quality isn't quite as high as the Quicktime files. Select this option if you don't want to install Quicktime.

High. Select HIGH if you have a broadband connection of 1mbps (1 meg) or faster. The HIGH movies will work with a slower connections but will entail some waiting.

Low. Select LOW if your connection is slower than 1mbps. Users with an original broadband connection speed (512kbps) or will be able to view the movies straightaway. Other users will need some patience!
